On-farm Mechanic

 

Are you a self-driven and qualified motorcycle technician looking to get out of the workshop and into a management role out on the field?  Winton Motorcycles have an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team as our on-farm motorcycle technician.

 

Winton Motorcycles are a Family business with over 35 plus years’ experience in the Motorcycle Industry. We have a Multi franchise with a great parts department and a large supporting workshop and on-farm back up service team.

Who has passion, enthusiasm and dedication for the Motorcycle industry.

Who can work independently.

Who can Coordinate tasks and operate a dairy.

Who has mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and identify problems and parts.

Who shows initiative and has great self-motivation.

Who has Great communication skills (verbal and written).

Who can deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Who is computer literate.

Who is organised and can multitask with great attention to detail.

Experience is an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be given.

Experienced/Qualified Mechanic

Are you passionate about motorcycles? Have a good mechanical aptitude? 

Then this is the job for you.  Winton Motorcycles are looking for an experienced/qualified mechanic to join our team.

Winton Motorcycles are a Family business with over 30 plus years’ experience in the Motorcycle Industry. We have a Multi franchise with a large customer base and central location which makes for a very busy and productive workshop.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in this field
  • A sound understanding of mechanical techniques, methods and diagnosis
  • Who has mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and identify problems and parts.
  • Who shows initiative and has great self-motivation.
  • Competent using all electrical and manual hand/power tools
  • Who is reliable, committed and driven to help operate a busy, functional and successful workshop
  • Willingness to always follow health and safety guidelines
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Honest and Reliable
  • Computer literate        
  • Good physical condition and endurance
  • Flexibility with start/finish times and ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
  • Current licence
