About Winton Motorcycles
Winton Motorcycles is a business that has been operating in Winton for over 30 years, with Blair and Alena first opening in 1987. Winton Motorcycles proved to be so popular that a new premises on the main road of Winton was purpose built in 1991. Winton Motorcycles became Suzuki dealers for Winton and Central Southland in 2002. In 2003, Winton Motorcycles became agents for C-Dax Ltd; a specialist manufacturer of ATV accessories, sprayers, and pasture metres.

After further expansion, the company moved into the centre of Winton, at 274 Great North road. Where they have shop at the front and a full workshop for any motorcycle repairs at the back of the store. In 2013, Winton Motorcycles became a Polaris franchise, which gives their clients more of an extensive range of side by sides to complement the Suzuki range. Always looking for the latest in innovation across the agricultural and motorcycle industry, in 2017, Winton Motorcycles secured the rights to UBCO; a New Zealand company which has created an electric two-wheeler motorbike. In 2017, Winton Motorcycles secured the rights to Kawasaki and set up a new Kawasaki shop in the original building at 63 Great North Road that was built in 1991.
In the future, Winton Motorcycles wants to become Southlands number one choice of dealership for farm and off-road customers. The owner, Blair, wants Winton Motorcycles to be a place that bike enthusiasts want to come to purchase and service their bikes.
